What Can You Expect?
Gather: A Creative Salon is a safe, sacred and joyful arena where every voice has the opportunity to be heard. Bethany Mae begins by modeling the structure, pushing us beyond our comfort to a place where we are able to be vulnerable, open and connected in mind, spirit and body. After each person has shared, the talking stick is organically passed by eye contact and names.

Whether you’re sharing a poem, playing a song, telling a story, or offering something entirely unexpected, the floor is yours for 9 minutes.

*we do ask that sharing is appropriate for all ages*

How It Works:

The Circle of Expression at Gather: A Creative Salon follows four stages, inspired by the essence of love and creativity. Together, we move through a journey that invites us to consume, embody, spread, and create love — both in the circle and beyond.

  1. Consume Love: As the circle begins, we open ourselves to receive.

  2. Become Love: In this space, love transforms us. Each share is a reminder that love begins with honoring and expressing ourselves as we are.

  3. Spread Love: Sharing our thoughts, feelings or reflections becomes an act of spreading love, creating deeper connections that can carry beyond this moment.

  4. Create Love: The energy we cultivate here is meant to be carried out into the world —into our relationships, communities, and creative pursuits. Use this moment to spark conversations, build connections and plant seeds that will continue to grow after we part ways

This circle is a practice in giving and receiving love, a reflection of the harmonious, abundant world we are working to create. Whether you’re sharing or simply holding space locally or from the greater web, your presence matters. Let’s carry this energy beyond breakfast, living in love.
